Q: I want to change my password, PIN code

A: To change password used for login into admin center first you should login using your old password. Check this page if password was lost. After you login you may change password using "profile" link in MY ACCOUNT section.

If you want to change not only web password but also PIN or AccountId you can:

1. Register a new account. In this case you'll have new pass, pin, account id etc. After that we'll transfer remaining funds from your old account and disable it.

2. We may change your PIN code only. Please log in into your web admin center and change your web password using "profile" link. Let us know when its done and we'll assign you a new PIN. You'll be able to see it next time you log in into your admin center.
