Q: I am having problems with the sound quality when calling from a
softphone. 

A: You should call the 441 L<echo test|EchoTest> number. There is
no charge to call this number. Calling 441 allows you to speak and the
system will echo back to you everything you say. This will test your
internet connection and its affect on your voice quality. 

If you hear yourself very good then you should be able to make phone
calls with good call quality. If you hear yourself very bad then you
have a bad internet connection between you and our server or your IP
phone configuration is not configured properly.
