Q: What are the various ways my customers can make calls? 

A: There are L<many ways your customers can make calls|diffWays>.
You need to make sure the rate plan you apply to a customer includes
the appropriate access point that allows him to make a call that
specific way. For example, if you want your customer to be able to make
IP phone calls, their rate plan must include the "IP Phone" access
point. If you want them to make calls using the USA toll free access
number then their rate plan must include the "USA/Canada Toll Free"
access point.
