Q: How do I retrieve my password so I can login to my Diamondcard
account? 

A: Go to https://www.diamondcard.us/login. Then click "I forgot my
password!" link on the right side of the page. Then enter your
"username" or "sitename" and click "send password". Your username and
password will be sent to the email address on your account. 

After you receive this information by email you will be able to login
to your Diamondcard account at https://www.diamondcard.us/login. You
can then login and change your username or password by clicking on
"profile" in your administration center. 

When you login you will see your PIN CODE in the upper right hand side
of the main page in your administration center. You will need your PIN
CODE and ACCOUNT ID# to configure your IP soft or hard phone.
