Q: What happens if my DID/Personal Phone Number expires?
A: If your number expires you will not be able to receive any incoming calls. After a short period of time after the expiration date the number will be permanently removed from your account and may be assigned to someone else. If this happens you will not be able to get it back. We suggest you automatically renew your numbers so you do not lose them.
