Account Locked

Q: Why is my account locked?

A: All initial signups with the Diamondcard service that use a credit card or Paypal are locked. After we have verified the transaction as a real one and not fraud the account will be unlocked and activated. Subsequent payments using the same form of payment (same CC or paypal account) do not have to be verified.

We send email notification of an account being locked upon signup. If you think you did not receive this email check your spam filters of your email program. If you use gmail, yahoo or similar email services check your spam box for this notice.
