=head2 Volume of Voice Mail recording 

Q: I recorded the short WAV file, uploaded it through the web
administration interface, but the recorded message was hardly audible
when calling in to check it, no where near as loud and clear as the
canned female voice message following it. So I deleted the file. 

A: You need to 'normalize' your recording. You can do it in
L<Audacity|http://audacity.sourceforge.net/>. It'll make your
recording loud enough.
