Q: Why can't I reassign any of my personal numbers to a sub-account?
A: Because there is already a forwarding assigned to each of your personal numbers. This means the numbers are being used and the system won't allow you to reassign them to a sub account. You will see this message when trying to assign personal numbers when you do not have any available.
"ERROR: You currently do not have free Personal Phone Numbers to assign to your sub accounts."
You need to remove the forwarding on a number. Then it will be available to assign to another account.
