Why does IVR say there is only XX minutes for the call?

Q: My account ID is 123456 and the balance is $50. When calling to the USA the IVR announcement says there is only 30 minutes. It should say there is more than 30 minutes.

A: This occurs because your top account does not have enough money in it (e.g. $5). The system reserves some money for your customer to call and in this case there is only enough for a 30 minute call. After you recharge and add more money to your top account this problem should go away.
