Q: Sub account trying to verify his personal numbers and it doesn't work
A: Customer trying to call his xxx number using his Diamondcard account. This is the first call.
According his account forwarding settings we create another call to yyy. This is a second call.
Second call failed course his account set to not allow simultaneous calls:
Simultaneous calls: No
Simultaneous call setting: 0 minutes
Solution:
1. User not supposed to call his own number ;) . If you or anybody else will call his xxx number it'll be properly forwarded.
2. If he needs to call himself he should enable simultaneous calls from his admin center. "TELEPHONY" -> "options" -> "simultaneous calls"
