Q: How do you charge for personal numbers? 

A: There is a monthly fee + incoming call minutes depending on call
destination. To see the per minute rates click on the following link.
www.diamondcard.us/rates. Click on DID. Then choose country of personal
number. Then lookup destination where the call will be forwarded to.
You will see the per minute pricing. 

If you do not have any incoming call minutes during the month there are
no additional charges besides the small monthly fee for the number.
