Q: My Internet provider is blocking IAX2 or SIP traffic. What should I
do? 

A: For IAX2 protocol you can connect to our USA gateway
usgw.ast.diamondcard.us on alternative port 4588. 

For SIP protocol you can connect to our our server sip2.diamondcard.us
on alternative port 10060. 

If connecting on alternative ports doesn't solve the problem, you may
