=head3 Telephone Consultants Payment System (TCPS) 

PE's can resell the L<Telephone Consultants Payment System
(TCPS)|PaidService>. As a PE you can mark up the per minute rate as
you want. This is done by going into the price list and finding the
"Paid Service" destination. Apply a markup to the per minute price and
start earning money on your consultants telephone consultations. 

When you sign up a consultant you need to create a PE sub-account. This
is the consultant account.
