Q: How does my customer renew his personal number?
A: He needs to "login" to his account. Then click "personal #'s" in the telephony section. Then click on "renew phone numbers" on the top of this page. Then select required numbers, choose duration and press Renew button.
On this page user may also select number for future auto-renew.
When he checks out there is a choice of how we would like to make payment. His choices are limited by the payment method choices you have enabled your customers to pay with.
