If you do not have the Private Label you can still run a prepaid calling card business but you will not have a web based administration center your customers can login to. This administration center provides lots of features and functionality. They can check their call history, rates, recharge their accounts and much more.

If all you need is the ability to set your rates and sell prepaid cards for one time usage then you can go without the private label.
