We have released new functionality for our prepaid calling card platform.
This new feature combines a prepaid calling card with the functionality of our callback service. This allows calling card resellers to sell cards in markets where they do not have a local or toll free access number.
The system supports real time activation of the prepaid calling card to a mobile or land line phone by entering the pin number during the initial callback. The system can be configured to call back everyone to their land or mobile, in a specific country to streamline initial calling card activations.
Customer service, account balance and other features can be accessed by users dialing short numbers like 440, 441, etc. Another innovation by the developers at Diamondcard.
