The following configuration steps MUST then be made: 

1. Uncheck "Enable support to encrypt calls" in Account Settings 

2. Uncheck all audio codecs (in the
Tools>Options>Audio>Encoding Tab) apart from PCMU/8000 and
telephone-event/8000 

3. Uncheck all video encodings (in the
Tools>Options>Audio>Encoding Tab)
