Q: How do I configure extensions to make outgoing calls?
A: Login to your PBX from your Diamondcard administration center. Go to Endpoints section. Click Manage. Then click on Endpoint # in the left column.
Enter the username, password and domain information into your IP phone device.
Enter this information to configure each IP phone extension for outgoing calls.
