Q: When calling the TF access number it keeps asking me for my PIN code. But I have already added my mobile phone number to the pinless settings page in my admin center. Why doesn't it recognize my mobile number?
A: Mobile carriers in Canada do not pass CallerID on calls to TF numbers. It is replaced with a geographic specific number instead. For example, if you are in Toronto with the same cell phone and calling our TF access number, CallerId will be displayed as coming from the Toronto region. This is a known problem with Canadian mobile carriers. You will need to enter your 12 digit pin code when calling the access number to make a long distance call.
