Q: How can I block Credit Card payments from certain countries? 

A: Our platform allows to control payments based on country from which
user is making transaction. 

At "PE"->"options"->"country group" page you may create groups of
countries. 

Then these groups can be used at PE->"options"->payment methods"
to deny signups from certain countries. 

Usually its required when you are getting high percent of fraud
transactions or your want to operate on certain markets only.
